At 237 Collective we strive to do everything we can to ensure you get exactly what you expect; however, sometimes mistakes do happen, so we do, of course, have a returns policy.

1. Your Right to Return

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return/refund your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

2. How to Return an Item

• Contact us at info@237collective.com within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be returned unused and unwashed.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. You will be notified once your return is processed.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at info@237collective.com. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
